I am not sure, if this is the right subforum to start this thread, but after some thought I decided to do so.

Well, the subject says everything. After playing the Dark Souls Boardgame recently and liking the Civilization board game as much as the Civilization computer game serien I wondered, if there are some plans to design a board game of Endless Space?

I know that this is mostly a question to Ampltude, if they do so or have been contacted by a game designer, but as the modding community is strong here, it might also be that some player is already into it.

I was giving my question some thought especially if noone is working on such a board game. I mean in the context of, if I would like to create one. My answer is maybe. Would someone here be interesting in playing Endless Space 2 on a table with her/his friends? (Because creating something where no one is interested in, is a little bit frustrating)

My favourite board game :) Definetly can highly recommend it. 

I decided to design a board game set in Endless Space universum some time ago, I have some rules already and going to prepare card generator.

For now I'm preparing only 4 factions and 4-player variant. Everything much easier then Exclipse, but I hope not less deep enough.
