honestly I don't know how to properly word this but I wondered whether it would be possible to add smaller enclaves of major faction pops as minor factions, 

its just a simple idea that somewhere in the galaxy there are small enclaves of exile/migrants/lost adventures based upon the major factions,

if you meet them and you are of the same faction you get a small opinion modefier (basic +1 in addition to the normal ticks).

this way getting major pops other then your own is easier/ available in a more peacefull way.

I do see the main problem that this could make it harder the right minor faction pops, and make the game feel less diverse because major factions would become more common.

maybe the only Major pop based minor factions could be those which are currently not in the session?

so would adding major pops as possible minor factions be a good addition to the game?
