I have a feeling that the science cost doesn't scale well into late game.

Playing on Endless dificulty at normal speed I researched everything (including endless tech) but turn 169.

And at the end it was taking me just 1-2 turns to research the highest techs.

I have 88128 science production per turn.

We need to take into account that I am playing Sophons that are oriented around science but maybe the problem is that they get to much of a boost in that area?

The early / mid game progress looked ok but then it spiraled out of control.

What are your impressions?
