Recently discovered than you can obtain endless faction hero, though out the quest.
But there is a weird stuff going on with that quest.
I have obtained special node "Neutron Star" numerous times yet quest never started, few days ago i made another topic about this quest and a community member under the name of @BadBecauseMad gave some clarity on how it work. Here is what he said:
"Well this is the tricky one. Quest won't trigger before turn 60. It triggers if any faction discovers it's first neutron star node after turn 60. So there is a chance if every faction discovered it's first neutron star node before turn 60 it won't trigger at all. Tho i might be wrong about the first one part, maybe it would suffice to just discover a new one for any faction after turn 60 (but for me iirc it didn't work so i think it has to be the first one). "

This is really weird considering that hero is really strong and tied to lore tight. (especialy when you play vodyani and you get your god as a hero :D)

Can we somehow change how that quest works? maybe should be hidden like a node without connections or it occures at turn 50~60 to the person who first obtained it.
I never had a chance to experience that quest as it never started for me and i played this game for 204 hours :(

Hope this will be changed so i can enjoy Tiaych Zhilleaq :D

The comment posted by @BadBecauseMad is almost exact. 

This quest can be triggered right after turn 60 (30 in Fast speed), but there is still a random on it, so it may not start. Furthermore, this quest will get triggered if a Major Faction reveals a Neutron Star (after turn 60). In that case "reveals" means "sees a node for the first time," no matter if another Empire has already seen it.
