Noticed this on Lumeris while searching for something.
There is a patch of code that defines the hull as not having weapon module slots but is commented out and the same thing is above it but with a weapon module slot added.
UE doesn't have anything commented out but I personally think that no colonizers should have weapons on them when even Cravers don't have it, Even more so with the Lumeris being a pacifist faction.
Now I noticed that the HullDefinition for Lumeris and Vodyani (With Vodyani having a shared weapon/support module slot) has
Only UE functions properly, other ones can only have the starting weapon in the slot as you can't put in any weapons in it because of the "CannotHaveWeapon"
For UE I just think that they shouldn't have it when the most aggressive and warmonger faction doesn't have it
