Redesigning the same ship game after game is quite redundant, considering that it is quite a few menus to click through. My computer isn't the fastest, so I'm a few minutes of clicking to get a ship design done, and with lots of ships and new designs needed each time upgrades are availalbe, this can be a lot of ship design time over the course of a game. If I could load a preset ship design for a ship and name them, this would save a lot of time and make gameplay quite a bit smoother. 

So instead of loading up all of the modules in the ship graphics screen, add a button in the military screen 'load ship design' and then have a list of available designs for the current faction.

I imagine if a module was not available and a lower tier option is available, it would just use that one. If a lower tier option is not available (say or some of the advanced modules), then it would just be left blank
