so I really like those 4 shortcuts being shown when the tech choice pops up, however, the stuff proposed is mostly garbage for my situation. I really never like the first 2 warfare techs (waste of turns) and thus there is always technology in the suggestion that I never actually want to use.

What would be cool here: Add the ability to tell the system: I don't want this (like in facebook, or advertizement on google, where you tell the system: Dont show me this, it is not interesting for me).

Could be a little "x" in the corner of the icon. When you press it, the suggestion is replaced with another one permanently.
