Just wrapped up my third game (this time as the Cravers) and noticed a few random bugs and QoL issues, mostly with the UI. I'm not quite sure where to put them, but I figured I would share:

- When reordering the research que, sometimes the research mouseover tooltips will block the que and get in the way.

- The "Joy initiative" hero ability sets the goverened system to 100% happiness, but it doesn't give any indication as to what the happiness would be normally. This can be annoying if you're considering relocating the hero but don't want to accidentally have a mutany on your hands.

- Similarly, happiness is capped at 0% and 100%. It might be nice to be able to see just how far above or below these milestones you are so you are able to see what you might need to build or not build. You can currently do this by manually summing up the various things that influence happiness, but I'm kindof lazy...

- It doesn't seem clear how gas planets interact with planet specializations. For example, do the icy gas planets count as cold for the research specializations?

- Reloading a saved game seems to always have a politics tab notification, even when there's no new actions you can take.

- I seem to be getting quest beacons coming out of random, non-quest related planets. This seems to mostly be near the border between me and the Horatios.

- If I happen to finish more than one tech in a single turn, only the first notification shows what the research unlocks.

- I invoked one of the basic laws (I think it was the +dust -research one), but repealed it later on. The negetive effects were removed and the policy slot was emptied, but it seems that the bonus remained?
