Before this last patch, AI Factions that were aggressive would make demands for Dust that had a specific amount, with the ability for the player to either accept or refuse. That doesn't seem to happen anymore, is this a bug? If not, it seems like a step backward.

I'm getting this as well. AI requests like money demands or offers for alliance don't seem to pop up. I get other messages likes ones complaining I didn't give them stuff which suggests the AI is still sending them or at least imagining it sent them.
