Would it be possible and/or balanced to allow Riftborn to undo obliteration of a system if they have a Rip Singularity placed on it when the missile reaches the system?

I guess not, as Vodyani can evacuate Ark to avoid damage to improvements, but implementation can create other issues like Supremacy victory trigger.
