They can't win supremacy if enemy home systems is destroyed isn't it? Since they can't repair it.

If you're speaking about systems destroyed with obliterators, then they should be able to achive supremacy, cause systems destroyed that way don't count for rhis victory condition, unless they're restored.

Some cases may be easier if you don't restore the system at all.

I thought supremacy victory is need us to capture all enemy home system. And if I'm not mistaken there is some description about supremacy victory are unachievable due to enemy home system destroyed. I will try to check that description and post the screensho here later.
