If i build a unique improvement or a wonder, the game should not let me queue it in another system. You own so many systems in the game, you loose track of who is building what and find out a system is stuck building nothing because the unique or wonder was already built somewhere else. Same for behemoth, if the one being built is the last one allowed, don't let me queue one for construction somewhere else please! Thanks :)
