there was a battle card in the second/third called "diplomatic immunity", that was remove in the last update.
it effect was to give every unarmed ship a !! 100% !! damage absorption. make it immurtal.  and i love it!!!

it was meant to be use by science/ vine and leecher ships. but it took a space in the tactic deck, so not bady useing it.

today the tectic with vine ship and leechers ship is very basic, DONT equipe them with any defensive model. and just run with them if they get attacked. and mybe if you can afford, add a guard fleet with them.

the problem with this tactic is that you stop the vineing / leeching you was doing and run off. and specific for the unffolen, it meant same time that you are being block by a very small fleet and cant expend.
so what i found with the "diplomatic immunity" card is; that you can equipe the ships with same deffensive model. and adding a protector ship with mainly speed bost and same deffens, and just use the "diplomatic immunity" when you get attack. and it's work!!

it buy you 2/3 turns vs a middle size fleet. 2/3 turn when you can send the main fleet to protect them, 2/3 turn to finish the vine you were building.
and with vs a small fleet, you are just repearing faster then thay to damage to you! so you can sit there for as long as you like!

but with the last update, the battle tactics cards was Rearranged and same were remove.

and i realy do like what they do with it. and yes, i do think must of the faction cant realy use it, so it a good thing it was remove
but the unffulen and the vodyani do use it, and i think they need to get an access to this tactic. (mybe add it to there main quest as a reword or samefing)

I know the new update give the vine and leechiring modole same upgreads, but and i yet to test them, and mybe they do help.
but it help for the cowerd tactic, for the run when attacked. and for a change i was able to change it.

so thank you for reading my post, and i hope if you like it :)

As far as I can tell, Diplomatic Immunity has not been removed, but now has to be discovered in a curiosity.

The Unfallen have been given a slower decay of unfinished vines, so hopefully running away and returning is a more successful tactic now. I admit I have not played Unfallen with these changes yet.

I can confirm that you can get this card from curiosity now (just got it in my game). And once again would like to clarify that this card does not render your ships immune to damage it just doubles (100%increase) their toughness against it.
