Hiding in multiplayer is really hard and there are some things making it quite impossible.

• Having a hero as governor in your home system.
  • As soon as a player colonises the system with the akademie. That player can read out all hero locations. Including your stealth home system.
• Building the Trade Clearing Bureau.
  • The system where the Trade Clearing Bureau is build, can be read by other players in the marketplace. A waring would be nice.
• An even number of players and the galaxy shape. 
  • Spiral - 6 and this arm is empty, we are 6 players, the umbral choir might have spawnd here.

Some things listed here are avoidable but not having a governor is a big economy loss.

I'm not sure about the Academy, but I'm sure Trade Bureau location is hidden, when built by UC. I've checked that.

This is also debatable, it's not giving explicit location of UC Nexus, and your opponents should spot your hacks coming out of nowhere a lot sooner before finding it.

Just chiming in here - There are many systems named exactly the same across the galaxy. So even though the owner of the academy can see that there is a hero in "NC255", there is 5+ NC255 all over the map. It is the same for all the special nodes. 

AFAIK first two are reported yet, and devs are looking for some solution.

For the last one is also known, but I can't see a viable solution.

how about the UC hero's are invisible to the academy as a racial stat but only them, if you recruit another hero and put it in they can see it.

Basically the UC faction isn't going to be allowed to finish their quest without massively curtailing nthe long term benefits?

I can confirm the first ones have been logged in our database.

For the last one however, I'm afraid it's par for the course for the UC. Indeed it can give an idea to your opponent of where you are, but this is also why the UC can move :).

It hasn't come up for me yet as I've been playing the UC a lot (a fun design by the way), but if you need to conquer the UC's home system for a supremacy victory, which spot is it?  Is their home system wherever they've moved to, or just the initial spot like for the Vodyani?

Multiple players told me that the can see my location in the marketplace. It might have something to do with my system level aka stealth level. I am not hundred percent sure.

This was the first thing I've decided to check during closed beta, as I've built Trade Bureau. I've switched to AI empire, but for them marketplace location was shown as Uknown.

Either this was broken in updates after, or there are additional conditions for it to be shown, like, if they already had your system discovered.

The Home System is actually displaced with them :)
