Make More Minor Races as Playable Races, Also...

Also, a way to randomize which races are presented as Major and Minor.  In other words, if all minor races were playable as major races, we'd have a huge list of races which could be used to draw both major and minor races from.  I don't expect this idea to come to fruition, as creating so many major races would be a rather daunting task, but I thought I'd throw this out there anyway; maybe there are some mad developers out there.
