This hero ability gives 80% shield penetration.

Every riftborn and tech hero has it, which makes it fairly easy to obtain.

This ability single handly makes energy weapons unstoppable, as they ignore all armor and all shields and ruins the entire balance of the combat system, as all you need to do once you unlock it is mindlessly spam beams and lasers on all your ships and win every battle.

I don't see any reasoning in keeping it as it is right now, I think it should be nerfed to 40% total shield penetration, just like the hull version.

I can only imagine how hard it is being abused in competetive MP as well...
