Isyander will never forgive

I converted a system from the Academy to mine.

Isyander was a bit angry.

I did pay off the retrobutions.

But now every time we are neutral he starts attacking my system(s)

Is this a bug or normal?

Of sourse it's a bug.

Also, if you would keep Academy for yourself, you would be in for a CONSTANT, ENDLESS, FUNCTIONALLY IMMORTAL fight with an Academy Fleet. He would also give this role (I wonder how, he is powerless, right) to your warlike enemies.

at the momemt of this occurring. isyander still had his academy. at this moment i own the academy. and sporadically a little fleet of his pesters my academy.

I've only deal with it on normal (normal Academy that is) difficulty, but by late game the Academy fleets are a joke. 4 mid level strikers might as well be bendy straw & a handful of peas by the time you've got fully upgraded carriers & Juggernauts.

For me as well. They still (try to) attack the academy. In my game they still have one colony. And some are gifted by the Nakalim.

My real question was, after i am neutral or allied with the Academy. They invade my system, originally theirs. Even though i paid retrobutions.

That is something different than, when they are wiped out (almost) still attack systems.

Honestly if the academy is treated as a faction of sorts then if he has no planets he should not be building/spawning any fleets. A simple fix would be teh quest continue but he is subjegated and no longer is an empire and he goes back to being just teh leader of the academy.

Edit: just make an option to turn off the academy being a faction, but keep the requests. so less annoying.

This is the closest i can get to the problem.

As you can see the Academy has almost no systems left. But one. The Nakalim gifted two systems to the Academy.

In a few turns an Academy fleet will spawn, ik believe.

The trouble is, that my normal problem (Academy attacking, even though neutral or allied) I cannot reproduce.

I have the same problem. A own all the system of the academy faction, but they spam from 5 to 10 fleets every turn. This complety broke my game. I mean i am winning, but i just tired to autobattle 10 times every turn.

Any idea what to do guys? Here my save.
