Would it be possible to put academy timer somewhere in general ui?

I know the information is 2 clicks away, one to diplomacy screen, one to academy.
Or one on academy system.
However, one needs to know, one is even supposed to check, especially since the spear of isyandeer has become such an influential gamebreaking and missing it means missing out big!

I know I should just gid gud, but given you spend 5 minutes in a turn full of nonsense, go make a cofee, come back, and suddenly oh right, there was an academy contest....
