Or at least provide us as with an option to toggle off trade/science agreement proposals.

I've had too many games where a friendly or allied faction would propose said agreements on every subsequent turn after I decline. Sometimes, this happens for more than 20 consecutive turns, in which I cannot ignore and personally have to press the decline button.

There have been times when I accepted the proposals just to shut them up. A few times, I accepted them even at the cost of making my influence outcome negative. That's when I learned that this repetitive proposing is irrelevent to the proposing faction's ability to sustain agreements. I would accept, only to have the agreements shortly dissolved by the other faction's lack of influence, and have them continue their endless begging for agreements.

I would rejoice if this is just one of the Awakening expansion bugs.
