Am i missing something?

In my happiness overview of a system, there is a minus from planets.

But i changed the anomalies to blue, instead of red.

Why is there still a minus from planets?

This goes for every planet that has the negative anomalies in this save:

(Almost) All types of planets have negative approval x pop

+ 15 from applied happines program

- 5 from pisces III (monsoon -1 app. x pop)

-16 from pisces II (ash -5 app. x pop) (anomaly +1 app x pop)

-16 from Pisces I (Lava -8 app x pop)

15-16-16-5=-22

Ok, so its normal then.
