No, because probe is separerate from Behemoth. You may launch a probe then move Behemoth out of the Node. There might also be multiple planets where you could send your probe, and this whould imply game has to "remember" where probes should be launched to automatically reapply.

I'm talking about the probes you launch from the Mining Behemoth's to harvest planet resources; not the "scouting" prob modules.

Hissho in particular can really hit it off with the +50% fidsi on ALL home planets. (and there is also the part in which you can stack 5 probes on a single planet by clicking fast enough)
Say you drop a mining probe like that on a +20 gas giant, all your home planets now have +10, you can get about 40 pop on that, and you can get a lot of probes! :-D
Once your probes last about 40 turns, you just get them all over, then fly home, switch to % bonus, resereach all techs in one turn aaaaand you good. =D
