Gonna bump this.

there's a trainer floating around that can unlock the dev console, but it doesn't work with this latest update (trying to open any of the menus cause a null reference error).

im unsure if this is a problem with the person who made that trainer or the dev console as a whole, as previous updates have not broke it before, and it seems to be related to the new tech tree.

I really would like you guys at amplitude to release a method in which we can unlock the dev console - i used it frequently for testing mods (reveal galaxy, testing changes to tech tree, mostly) 

i have no idea how this person unlocked it and he has not responded to me in 3 months despite several attempts at contacting him.
