1)  Are Adamantian, Anti-matter, Quadrinix, and Orichalcix not in the game yet?   I have researched the ability to refine/collect them but I see none anywhere in the galaxy.

2) What's up with Government?  Is your only choice Dictatorship at the moment?  I can never change from that.

I realize this is early release.  Not complaining; just wondering if I am trying to find things that don't exist in game yet.

OK..figured government out.  But i am in my second game - still no high level minerals.  Are not in game yet?
