Heya.

Well, I just recently got the early access and have been poking around a bit, however.

I can't find any way to get new ship hulls. In Endless space was it in the bottom portion of the research tree with the colonization stuff, but now i can't find it there. I also seem to be unable to design military ships since the 2 basic hulls are designated as colonization and scouting.

Halp please? :)

As of Update 2, they reside in Empire Development part of the tech tree, to the left.

Do you know anything regarding the second question? I can't create a military vessel of any sort :/ And all the hulls that are in it from the start are either scouts or colonization ships?

(are the scouts now military vessels? cause in Endless space were they quite useless for anything but flying around xD)

You need to research the techs to unlock the hull types
