I'm confused with how modules such as the "H Field Accelerator" benefit your fleet. The tooltip says that it grants +1 fleet movement but This never seems to take effect or I am just unsure of how the effect works.

It adds +1 movement to all ships in fleet, if you add this and an engine you will notice the difference.
