So... How to play for United Empire? Can someone make for me little "guide" for this faction :)

Few tips to take advantage of its main ability at game start:

- Search for eden incense. If there's not near you, then rush market techs and build this.

- [SPOILER] in main quest rush to chapter 2 (recommend via MP). then pick the conseulor hero. With tow UE conseulors you'll get lots of inf.

- Keep people happy to have the inf production bonus (even if you have to use the -10% law for +20 approval)

If you got this way you'll reach reasonable inf production quickly. With this you can purchase lots of interesting things. I normally go for techs, but who knows if there's a Craver next to you and what you need are ships, or even more eden incense?

While Eden essence is important for multiplayer , don't forget that your population also generates influence, spam those food technologies and find large capacity planets with your colony ships (btw they're armed unlike other factions, so you can fight guys very early on too). You also have a special UE tech called some alien museum that also greatly boosts influence production. You don't necessarily need to focus completely on influence though as UE's ships are also extremely good when it comes to direct defense or attack. I recommend you build your support ships with flotilla effecting support modules as UE's ship are very self sustainable (that is their very good at handling their own in combat even when they lack specialists in the flotillas).
