Hello there,

Playing the empire, I'm following my main quest and I went across a step requiring I explore a curiosity...

I do already have all the tech needed to explore these kind of anomalies. I event tried to build a Patrol vessel to explore it, but... it has TOO much power? (the 4) in red is my current expedition curiosity lvl...

How can I solve this? I would like to finish this quest.

Or maybe is it a bug I should submit?

Research the tech that rises your expedition power to 4.

Quest curiosity demands to be explored with some conditions. All the quest curiosity need to be explored with a ship, and sometime it needs a hero with a certain level.

There were no indication it was  the case there.

Hum you should find the quest in the quest menu, and see what the quest is, and what it ask exactly. Maybe it's not well described.

as they said It is a quest, And more likely It will have requisites to do it like for example some strategy recourses or whatever. Maybe the quest is from a older quest that was completed (Or bugged) and still show it.

You need to do the quest from the orbit level, not the planet level.  You can see the quest at planet level, but you have to launch a probe at orbit level  not in the production screen level to be succesful.
