Hi there guys,


Loving ES2 so far, but I've got an issue.


I've unlocked System Modernization level 4 on the tech tree, yet it doesn't come up in the system improvement list! Is there any other prerequisites I'm unaware of? It's preventing me from furthering the Riftborn story.


Any ideas?
