Hi, I have completed all but 4 achievments, 2 are related to academy quest, I have on multiple occasions, with multiple non-custom races completed (on the winning side) both sides of the academy quest, I did get the cinematic, and one time, I even got a second cinematic for some reason, yet I did not get any achievments in spite of being online on steam.

So my question is did anyone achieve those two and if so, how?

According to Steam no one was able to achieve them. It seems that they simply don't work at the moment.
