I recieved the building called Harmony of the Heart from a quest. The problem is it doesn't mark what the game effect is on the description. What does it do?

Huh, really? IIRC the description is that it raises approval rating based on how many different races are living together on one colony. So if you have a ton of different folks on the same set of planets, you get a huge approval boost. But I don't have the game in front of me right now to check.

p. much cemented the Unfallen in my as one of the sweetest people to ever come out of an Endless game in my eyes.
