I'm currently playing as a custom race, ship-bound Riftborn. Every time I pass the turn with an empty pop slot on any of my arks, it spawns an event that fills it up with minor faction immigrants. Due to being arkbound, I cannot ship those pops away to the depths of hell via the spaceport. Every time I settle a new ark, it only has 2/3 pops, so the very next turn it spawns immigrants. Building a new pop is nowhere near fast enough to fill the slot before the event kicks in.  It's being a humongous detriment to my FIDS, as my own pops have +5 FIDS, whereas these minor factions pops aren't worth jack shit. How do I either remove them or stop them from showing up?

If I'm not mistaken, we've been working on a fix to simply disable migration for Ship Bound factions :)
