Hi, I often play with a few friends, and one of them yesterday pulled a 400k + strength lumeris carrier from somewhere, and soon steamrolled us all. 

No one of us could even approach 100k ship strength. 

So how is he doing this?

Without saves/screenshots/more info I don't know.

Are you sure 400k was just the carrier, and not the fleet? With the right techs, fleet size can get pretty big.

It might be modules, maybe he was ahead in tech and had those resource modules on it, though I'm not sure it'd make it to 400k.

That 40%+ hp law?

It was definitely the carrier, I can show you Screenshots of the stat window tomorrow, the rest of the fleet were hunters and arks, and those put the fleet to a point where it wouldn't even display the strength correctly... 

I get high numbers on my ark ships, but not sure if it was 400k on 1 ship.
You might confused all fleet power to 1 ship. If you drag cursor on fleet it will show over all power.(just as a possible scenario)
Or maybe you use any mods?
