Something I have not been able to figure out ... on the screen that shows the victory conditions and how well I'm doing there are some "status bars" of some sort that are sometimes lit up and sometimes not.  I can't seem to figure out what they are supposed to represent.  As an example, in the screenshot below, all four squares are lit up blue in the "Conquest" category ... but the tool tip is telling me that I only control 17 / 51 systems.  Doesn't seem that I'm very close to victory there.  So, if the blue squares don't represent progress of some sort, does anyone know what they are?  What's also funny is that I got a popup just before taking this screenshot that says my alliance is about to get an economy victory ... which also doesn't seem to be the case (I have like only 10% of the total dust needed for that).

I can be wrong about in detail, but my guess is, victory screen is single player stats related. Messages about beeing close(r) to victory occur any time a light blue point is added. Leave alliance in game you did post on first screenshot and recheck (could you post new screenshot this case?) victory screen.
