You cannot get the bonus from the system of your capital. If you want the bonus of your initial system, you have to move your capital, then hack that system.

No, you don't have the bonus of your starting node. You can have the bonus of other by placing a Beacon. However, if you relocate on an other special node, you get the bonus of that node!

Usually, I tried to find and relocate asap to an isolate node that have a nice bonus, and THEN place beacons on other special node to have their bonuses.

Don't forget, when you relocate, you lost all your beacons. So don't spam them if you plan on relocate.
