Just played a game where at turn 304, all production stopped, I could not use dust to auto-purchase (nor influence). I had won the game through alliance maybe 30 turns prior, and I had unlocked the entire science tree. Has anyone else run into this sort of problem?

This is a bug, but it's hard to say what is going on without being able to look at the simulation. Could you share your save and diagnostics file?
