For some reason, the "force free movement" option is set to CNTRL-mouse2 and I can't change it, but it doesn't actually work either. Also, there does not seem to be an option in keyboard shortcuts to attach one to the "do all planned moves" command.

Oops - correction I can do the free movement but I can't change what it is associated with.
