I'd have one question concerning the Umbral Choir and their max cap hacking operations; what's their limit ? In some videos, I can see this is 5 (posted 1 year ago though) but I am currently limited to 4 with science research; I have read too that there's +1 cap at the end of the faction quest but it wasn't that for me.

Do you have some help for that please ?

In the last game I have got +1 hack from faction quest. 5 in total. 

I assume that you have chosen another branch of this quest. As usual all faction quests have 2 branches with a different conditions and different rewards.
