What are those? Are they related to some kind of quest? In a lot of games I have those appearing here and there. I thought those might be for academy quest. But AFAIR systems for academy final quest appear only when you start its last chapter.

We had them in the beta already and if I remember correctly it was more of a test and shouldn't stay back then. Maybe they were left in the game for umbral players who can "settle" in those systems.
