What are the ways of earning more dust in a system?

Good afternoon. I've been struggling a bit to earn dust playing as Vaulters. Currently, I have a giant gaseous planet with full dust potential in one system but with only one slot for population that I'm aiming to colonize with the extreme atmospheres technology and another one which is a desert sterile average planet with 3 dust bars in my home system where I already started the colonizing process. Recently, I researched an economy technology called "astrofinances" (the one with the xenoturism agency), and already started to implement the "colony exchange" (sorry, I don't know if its the exact name in english because I play in portuguese-brasil language) of the same technology. I'm low on dust on my two star systems at the moment and I haven't enabled the market yet to sell titanium and hyperion and I'm a bit afraid of doing so due to the fact they are important for military development. Please, what can I do to keep a healthy economy (and perhaps reach wealthiness) in my systems?

Astrofinance unlocks a system improvement that gives +1 Dust per person boost with an additional +3 Dust if the planet has a luxury resource. Its the first system improvement that really buffs Dust production outside of Super Tax Act law(Independent), Species Stability Act(Religious) or putting population on planets with high Dust values(like Desert, Toxic or Warm Gas). To further boost Dust income, try to grab Impactless Sites research(Tier 3) that unlocks another System improvement that adds +2 Dust per person while also lowering buyout costs. Unlocking the Marketplace is also adviseable to dump surplus resources. Also try to befriend minor factions. Theyre a great source of Dust, Manpower and Science(especially in the early game) and sometimes not assimilating them can reap benefits.

We've been studying the atmosphere, meteorology, and global climate change since the 1970s, both from beneath and above the atmosphere. When did the sudden four-fold increase in dust occur, and from where did it come? Or have the models purposely ignored the increase in dust, assuming it actually happened? If it seems that coarse dust within the upper atmosphere is that the main explanation for global climate change , instead of anything man is doing, that certainly would change the political environment, whilst it changes the physical environment.

Um, not to be mean but this has nothing to do with Climate change(in real life). This has to do with Endless Space 2's currency in Dust(aka Gold in other games like Civ) and how to acquire more of it to maintain a healty economy.
