System approval calculation question

An Ocean planet has an anomaly -2 approval (meteor strikes) per pop.

In it's system approval info i see 82%

50 colony base

25 recently colonized systems

8 leading political parties

-1 from planets

Taking into account that thats the only colonized planet in that system

and that the planet has 3 pops so 3*(-2) gives -6

how that -1 % is calculated ?

Apparently there is also +5 per from planet bonus in place that you missed. Are there any resource deposits on planet? What type of population? Laws, approval techs unlocked?

I checked deposits and improvemets. nothing related to approval.

Active laws :Dust windfall , New colony rule

population : 3 imperials

Tech : Applied Happiness Program gives 5 approval per planet .

Thanks. Would helped a more detailed breakout on approval though. Should i post it as a wish ? what do you think?
