It costs +500% more influence to buy your systems using pacific conversion. (Tier 4 tech, after you research it when you fully envelope someone's system you can buy it with influence).

If someone wants to peacefully convert your system, by buying it via influence it costs him 5 times the influence iirc. To do that he needs the Tech and a system that has an influence sphere that beats your systems influence sphere and envelopes it completely.
