I have a question - with the newest dlc... how am I supposed to finish Vodyani faction quest? I am supposed to but my Hero as a Governonr of the Star System containing Harrow... but for that I need to take the Star System from Isyander himself... but I cannot ryze the system, because it's 'Acadamy system'. So... how exactly am I supposed to do it? Hunting it until it reaches zero? That's absurd, it's end of the game, there are just two enemy Star Systems left and I am done. Is there something I am missing or... did the dlc screwed me up?

Also a side note - not sure if this is a actual bug or just something not fully thinked over... but I am at war with remaining players <I killed the rest>, and each turn they ask for truce. Annoying, but understandable, cause each turn they lose ships, Star Systems or defenders... but why in hell they ask me to pay the price for the truce?! As a winning side, they should try to placate me and give me something to persuade me to stop the war, but seeing how they demand my technologies to stop war they are losing makes me want to grind them to oblivion. What's happening with them?

I have noticed this in one of my recent games as well, but I've also seen it happen in the past. I'm not sure if this is a longstanding bug or not. I recommend you put it in the Bugs Forum and upload the save.

I'm not familiar with the Vody faction quest.
