Just now I'm saving some screenshots, and thinking about making some Senate guide.

As most of you have seen in Republic they state that this government have stronger laws, but how much stronger?

I just make this image to compare industrialists laws in Federation and Republic (easy as you can start UE and Riftborn), assuming that all non-Republic governments have unchanged laws, there are the differences:

Note that when playing UE I temporally change to democracy (an easy way to do their quest), and laws seem not having any change in their effects.

Compare by yourselves, think that not unblanced. Same maintance cost, and at the expense o loosing some other government benefits.
