I've bought the deluxe edition but can't seem to find a way to enable the skin. Am I missing something? Is it "buy now, apply on release" kind of thing?

I am having this same issue. I bought the early access and I can't find a way to enable it. I double checked my Steam purchase history and it says I did buy the Digital Deluxe edition, but I can't find a way to make the darn thing work.

When selecting the Cravers as your faction, you should see a switch next to the portrait to use the Prime skins.
