i am playing endless space 2 for a while and i am wondering why some fations get devious and declare, for exaple, war after :( . I just dont get it :/ ... im minding my own business and only interact less with other factions. am i doing something wrong ._. ? and how to handle a war? How do i make peace again?

some factions, like cravers, do it, because they need to expand to survive (also are warmongers). Other militarists get different benefits from wars (look at militarists laws). Others may be just want some of your systems cause there are resources and akin. And others get angry if they ask a tribute and you don't give it to them.
