there is this glitch or something i found whilst playing on an easier difficulty where i was making 25k per turn and something was taking money and it was labeld something random like "-2000 for donations to education" and the strangest part is when i mouse over the empire dust count the name changes to something else completley random and not in the game. ii am realy confused about this and just want to know if anyone knows what this is?

Are you playing with Penumbra DLC? I'm almost 100% positive that you are loosing dust due to sleepers siphoning your income.
