So for those of you having this issue I found another solution that seemed to finally work for me. Now If you're someone who already installed there divers, restarted their game, etc and just could not get it to work The way i fix it was by reinstalling direct X via the endless space 2 files. This probably won't fix it for everyone but I went through every other way to fix the loading screen crash and this was the way I found out how to do it.
