I've encountered and issue with loading games.  The progress bar will get to ~60% and stop.  I've tried multiple times and stops at the same spot.  The game is responsive in that the mouse cursor moves and the app doesn't stop responding. I even performed a system reboot encase a provision game instance wasn't clearing out of the memory.  The message displayed is 'Connecting to Servers' and 'Launching Game'.

I've also had this issue.  Hopefully this will be resolved
