When trying either from the level up pop up, or from the hero management screen, the inspect button does nothing. Clicking on it returns no action.
There wasn't anything that I can recall that might point to how it happened. Started game as the Vodyani, turn 14 my hero grows a level and I find I can't upgrade them. Pretty sure I could look at it earlier in the game
The issue seems to have fixed itself on my second close and reopen of the game trying to get all the bug report stuff together, but I figure I'll post this anyway.
