The main menu does not display any options such as new game, load game, options or mods. All it shows is the Planet on the left and the endless space logo on the right. The animations seem to be working just fine. It just gives me no option to start playing or even quit out of the game.

Verifying data cache on steam does not work either.

Intel video cards are currently unsupported. You can 'try' to get them to work by installing the absolutely latest drivers directly from intel.com

However at this point there is no guarantee of any particular Intel chipset will work with the game. Your Mileage May Vary.
